I was captivated by her transparency, her reasoning and the simple little things I could do to "stop running from possible failure". Great book! This isn't a book for single parents only. I enjoyed the time to work questions at the end of the chapters. It really made me think about my "Tribe Members" and how they have helped me in my life.
WOW!!! I was surprised and impressed of all the knowledge I gained from reading this book. I truly thought that I'll read it but I'm not a Single Parent so it will be great information to pass on to my single parent friends. Was I ever wrong.YES. This book is a road map to many things, for all parents. Such as how to communicate with your children, understanding that they have a voice no matter how young they are. Oh my, and I love the information and steps she gives to finding who you are "AGAIN". This book is not just a one time read. It's a process book. As you go through life as a parent you can refer back to the book for ways on how to handle certain issues. This book is a must read and not only for Single Parenting but for Parenting...Men and Women...MUST HAVE, GREAT BOOK...
